Ying Yang Yam

Actually a sweet potato, but I like the title better with yam. As I was making dinner this evening, I noticed that my potato halves were shaped like the parts of a ying yang symbol. But with both of them center up, one was rotating clockwise, and the other was rotating counter-clockwise. I solved it by flipping one, which also revealed the dark outer peel. So one is light, the other is dark. I didn't plan this; it just kind of happened.
